FATE OF CAPITAL IMMINENT. PEKING, January 25. OfTicial advices state that Sun Tienying's troops, who have been steadily pushing on toward Ninghsia, capital of the Ninghsia province, have occupied Li-kangpu, 13 miles north of their goal. The situation in Ninghsia is described as very grave and the fall of the city appears to be imminent. 1
