ILL-HEALTH AND SLUMP. A meeting of of Norman Otto Metzger, indent agent, was held in the Official Assignee's office yesterday. Bankrupt's statement showed total debts of £447 4/5, of which £430 14/5, was owed to unsecured creditors. His total assets were £192 8/5, leaving a deficiency of £254 16/.
