LORD HALIFAX DEAD
(British Official Wireless.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, January 19. Viscount Halifax, tlie oldest peer in the realm and father of the ex-Viceroy of India and present: Minister of Education in the National Cabinet, Lord Irwin, died this evening in his 95th year, at the family seat of Hickleton Hall, Doncaster.
