TOLLEY'S VICTOR VANQUISHED (Received 2 ,p.ro.) LONDON', January 14. D. H. Martin won the president's putter at the Rye golf tournament, beating Rex Hartley, 5 and 4, by super-golf. Played in gale and rain his score for 14 holes was three under fours. Hartley had unexpectedly beaten Cyril Tolley, 3 and 1, in the quarterfinal.
