WEATHER CHANGE SHORTLY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) • WELLINGTON, this day. The depression affecting the weather over the Dominion hae been moving very slowly. Although barometers have risen in the central and southern portions the southerly change-has not yet become established. Pressure is high, Lowever, over the Tasman Sea, and. a change should take place shortly. The forecaet is for moderate to strong northerly winds, backing soon to eouthcrlies. The weather will be unsettled, ■with scattered rain, and, in places, thunder. Temperatures will become cooler, with seas moderate, ,
