CHEAPER RATE IN LONDON.

(British Official Wireleos.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, January 12. A total of £66,075,000 was applied for in to-day's tenders for £30,000,000 worth of Treasury bills. The amount allotted in bills for three months was £30,000,000. The average rate per cent was 16/11.69, compared with 18/11.5 last week.
