O'DUFFY'S ARREST.
ACTION AGAINST POLICE. DUBLIN, January 11. General O'Duffy, leader of the United Ireland party, who was released following on a decision Ot>y the High Court that his arrest irf December and proposed trial by a military tribunal was illegal, has instituted an action against [the police. The police, however, have denied liability for the arrest and subsequent detention of General O'Duffy.
