RACE BETTING.

I was pleased to read the letter written |by "Eyes Open" on the above subject, and quite agree with what ho (or she) says, but I v.uuld like to add a suggestion which no one appears to have given any consideration, and that is to pay three dividends in the following percentages: First horse 70 per cent, .second liorse 20 per cent, third horse 10 per cent, but still have the win totalisator s<> that anyone who desires to back for a straightout win can do so and got the advantage of a bigger dividend. I think the above suggestion would meet everybody's requirements. WIN PUNTER.
