PROVISION OF SUSTENANCE.
MEN OVER FIFTY YEARS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. It is officially stated that the placing of men over 50 years of age on sustenance is in the nature of •an experiment, and that the plan will be tried in two centres only, namely Auckland and Wellington.
