SEEKING AGREEMENT.
LONDON-PARIS AIR RATES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 3 p.m.) RUGBY, January 4. Negotiations are proceeding between Imperial Airways, Ltd., and the Royal Air Force for a rates agreement on the air services between London and Paris. It is stated that such an agreement may involve the establishment of a pool, from which either party may be compensated for rate-cutting on. the part of the other.
