While attempting to pass a stationary motor car on the main road between Kawakawa and Moerewa about noon yesterday a light van driven by Mr. J. Marshall, of Kawakawa, ran off the road and capsized. Mr. Marshall and two passengers, Mr. J. Wall and Mrs. Johannessen, both of Kawakawa, escaped with shock and bruises. The van was not damaged.
