MEETING AT ROTORTTA. TRIANGULAR COMPETITION. An athletic meeting under the control of the Rotorna Athletic and Cycling Club was held last night in the Government Grounds, when Wellington athletes and 'Auckland cyclists competed against representatives from Rotorua. Conditions were unfavourable owing to a strong southerly. Wellington defeated Rotorua in the athletic events by 23 points to 22. No points were awarded for the cycling contests.
