"THE ETERNAL MATCH."

The "Magyar Kozgazdasag" reports that the Hungarian eternal match has been bought by the Hungarian match trust from the chemical factory of Chinoin for the sum of 1,000,000 Swies francs. The eternal match, which may be lighted at least 200 times without losing its inflammability, was invented a year or two" ago and patented .by Chinoin, who has now secured for the inventors the greater part of the sum which will be paid by the match trust during ten years. The interesting point in the transaction appears- to be the fact that the Hungarian match trust will not bring the eternal match into circulation, but has bought it merely to eliminate a dangerous competitor iron the match, market all over the world. .
