That Gracic Ficklp is earning at ilie rate of £150,000 a year from films, the stage, phonograph records and radio broadcasts, is the estimate of the film critic of the "Daily Express." is a bigger salary than any star iii Hollywood receives. Even Greta Garbo is paid only £100,000. Gracie has started the production of a new talkie, "Love, Life and Laughter," which alone will bring between £25,000 and £28,000, being at the rate of 40/ a minute. Her film, "Sally in Oitr Alley," is breaking house records at hundreds of cinemas in every part of the country. Moreover, Gracie is earning £25,000 a year by stage appearances, while she is among the 10 most popular gramophone recorders. Her earnings from this source are not less than £25,000. Gracic is an immense worker, her greatest pleasure being ill travelling iii a caravan and cooking her own meals;
