LONDON, December 14.
Professor P. J. Noel-Baker, formerly Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretax*y for Foreign Affairs, addressing the National Peace Council, said:—
"I have positive knowledge that armament firms have employed paid agents at Geneva. They are spreading rumours designed to demoralise the Disarmament Conference, and in an endeavour to convince the Press and, delegates that the proceedings are bound to fail."
