BRITAIN ON WAY TO RECOVERY (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 7. At a dinner of the Ralister Company, of Dursley, the managing director, Mr. Percy Lister, now en route to Australia and New Zealand, telephoned his greetings to the assembly from Chicago. These were received at the table by Mr-. J. H. Thomas, who declared that Britain could claim that the worst was definitely over and that they were now on the certain road to recovery.
