ASSAULT ON WHITE GIRL.

NEW YORK, December 7. A jury in Decatur, Alabama, convicted Clarence Norris, the second of the n.'groes charged with assaulting two v/hite girls. He is expected to be condemned to death. The cases of the five remaining negroes charged have been postponed pending appeals by Patterson (the first man convictcd) and Norris.
