ANNUAL MEETING HELD.

"I think that the outlook is more promising," said the chairman of director of the Traders' Finance Corporation, Ltd., Mr. J. B. Macfarlane, at the annual meeting of the company this morning. He added that he was more hopeful tor the future of the company. The balance-sheet of the company, as reviewed in the "Star" on November 30, was carried. . There beiug no other nominations, Messrs J. B. Macfarlane and E. A. Craig were formally elected to the directorate. A tribute was paid to the efforts of the staff during the difficult times of the past year.
