When the new rules for the employment of relief workers under No. 5 scheme were considered this morning, the Dannevirke County Council decided, unanimously to inform the Commissioner of the Unemployment Board that, in its opinion, the scheme should be withdrawn. Councillors were of the opinion (that the jmen wouldnever,,be tintil this"scheme was withdrawn.
