MRS. GANDHI ARRESTED.
URGING NON-PAYMENT OF TAX. CALCUTTA, November 29. Mrs. Gandhi and three other women, were arrested at Nadiad railway station, Bombay, while they were engaged in [propaganda urging the non-payment of i taxes.
