PUKEKOHE HORSE SALE.

(From Our Own Correspondent) PUKEKOHE, Tuesday. There was an exceptionally heavy yarding of horses of all classes at Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons' Pukekohe horse sale to-day, and there was a large bench of buyers, with the result that bidding was keen and fairly good values were realised. Except for a few odd lots a total clearance was effected. Heavy draughts brought from £32 to £38 10/; medium draughts sold at from £24 to £28; smaller farm sorts, £17 to £22; hacks, £5 to £12; others, from £1 10/ and upwards. Horses suitable for milk floats realised from £10 to £15.
