DIVORCE GRANTED.
"She gave me no reason for going; she just went away. That was in January, 1920, and she has not returned since," eaid Edwin George Blackpool (Mr. Baeyertz) in giving evidence before Mr. Justice Smith this morning in his peti-' tion for divorce from Dora Helen Brackpoo!. on the ground of desertion. Petitioner said he was married in November. 1923, and there had been one child of the marriage. A decree nisi was granted.
