BOTTLES PROHIBITED.

The, only case dealt with in the Police Court, was. one in which James Alfred Bottles, aged 22, fisherman, was charged with; using. indecent language in Queen Street'last night. Bottles,, for whom Mr. W. Noble appeared,- pleaded guilty. . Detective ■ Sergeant • O'Sullivan said Bottles and another man had a dispute in the street over some money. A constable heard him use the language complained of. "He had too much liquor, and in the heat of passion it spurred him on, I suppose," said counsel. Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., ordered that Bottles be prohibited.
