SAARE ORDINANCES.
RESTRICTING NAZI ACTION. (Received 12 noon.) SARREBRUCK, November 3. The Sarre Government Commission has prepared new ordinances restricting Nazi activities, one of which forbids the leaders of political associations issuing decrees aiming to create binding legalobligations on members.
