WATER OVER ROAD.
Patrols of the Automobile Association reported this evening that the main north highway was under-water at Dairy Flat bridge, near Silverdale. The water was rising steadily and the road would shortly bo impassable for motor traffic. Further north creeks were swollen and water was rising. ,
