TOBACCO GIFT COUPONS. RUGBY, November 2. The Tobacco Trade Association, which represents the manufacturers and distributing organisations of the trade in the United Kingdom, announces that it has been decided by all sections of the association that the issue by manufacturers of coupons, certificates, vouchers, miniature cards, packets, or similar things, which have an exchangeable value, will be discontinued after December 3.
