(Received 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 1. President Roosevelt received Sir Ronald Lindsay and Sir Frederick Leith-Ross to-day. Befoi'e the conference Mr. Roosevelt indicated that he was not aware of the particulars of the war debt status. He said lie was ready to hear what the British had to offer. Later a White House announcement said that it was decided at the conference with the British war debts negotiators to continue discussions for revision.
