ALLEN.—OiI October 31, 1033, at the Auckland Hospital (the result of an accident in 1930 at Taihape), George Thomas, dearly beloved husband of Eileen Ilelcnor Allen (late of N.z. Railways), and father of Muriel; also brother of Mrs. Ford, or 390 a, Nilcau Road, Otahuhu; aged 39 years. The funeral will leave the above address at 3 p.m. to-morrow (Thursday), for Otahuhu Public Cemetery. BAKER.—On Tuesday, October 31, at her late residence, 6, Ennismore Road, Mount Albert, alter a long and painful illness patiently borne. Frances Gertrude, dearly beloved wife of Herbert James Baker, and mother of Fay, Iris and Keith. Her end was peace. Funeral will leave late residence at 2.30 to-morrow, November 2, 1933, for Waikumete Cemetery. ELLIS. —At the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Norton, 1099, Great North Road, Frederick, beloved father of Frederick, Edward and Maud; aged 69. Passed peacefully away.
