GANDHI'S LATEST.
"DYING FOR CO-OPERATION." (Received 10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, October 30. Gandhi's latest effusion says that he is "dying for co-operation with the Government in restoring peace. That is a real, not the peace of the grave. The Government's plan seems to be like that of. the physician who seeks to remove a deadly disease without probing and dealing with the causes."
