FROM NINETY-MILE BEACH. STATEMENT IN PARLIAMENT. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Regulations governing the taking of toheroas fro.n Ninety-Mile Beach were explained in the House of Representatives by the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, to-day, when answering an urgent question by Mr. A. J. Stallworthy (Independent, Eden). ' The Minister said that under the regulations anybody wae entitled to take 50 toheroas for his own consumption, except in October and November, during which the toheroa season was closed.
