RACE FROCKS.

AT ALEXANDRA PARK. Swagger coats and costumes in dark brown, navy and black predominated at the trotting races lield at Alexandra Park this afternoon. Beds of yellow and purple pansies, in full bloom, made vivid colour splashes on the lawn, and formed i\ thick fringe as a border to the fence dividing the lawn from the racing track. A bright beret, scarf, colourful straw hat, or a pair of the new pique gloves, gave the touch of brightness needed for the spring fashions, which are' full of charm.
