TURKEY'S NEW HONESTY.

TURNS HER BACK ON THE PAST LONDON, October 18. "Turkey has turned her back on the past. She has abandoned the leisurely methods of the bazaar, and introduced a new honesty. That is a great achievement," declares President Ghazi Mustapha Kemal.
