Indians' Mission Said to Be Slaying of Europeans. , ARREST OF TERRORISTS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, October 20. Two terrorists were arrested to-day for attempting to extort 10,000 rupees from a Marwari merchant. They are alleged to have confessed that their party was responsible for the recent murder at Midnapore of the European magistrate, Mr. Bernard Burge, and that they claimed membership of the Hindustan Republican Army. Their mission is said to have been service to India by killing Europeans. 1
