THEFT OF OVERCOAT.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Angus Buchanan, aged 21, a recent arrival from Scotland, pleaded guilty to-day to the theft of an overcoat, the property of Raymond Walden. The police stated that accused slept in a farmer's shed in River Road and removed the coat. Later he admitted the theft. Nothing was known against him. He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence within six months if called upon.
