CURD TEST SUPPORTED

The following resolution was passed practically unanimously at the conference of dairy factory managers of the Manawatu, Hawke's Bay, Bush and Wairarapa districts: "That this meeting heartily endorsee the action of the dairy division of the Department of Agriculture in making the- curd test a necessity in the grading of milk for cheese-making, as. from practical experience in the use of it. it has been, and still is, of the greatest assistance in determining the quality of milk for cheese-making purposes."
