bowlers want extension.
The hope was expressed at the Seatoun bowling green on Saturday by Mr. W Perry, president of the Wellington Bowling Centre, that Parliament would, during this session, do something that would be important and useful to the community by extending daylight saving to an hour instead of half an hour, or°by extending the period in which the Act operated. He suggested that Mr. R. Sempie, the member for the district, and his colleagues, might well support such a proposal. ' The remarks were cordially approved by the whole company, including Mr. Scmple. „ .
