£2000 TO DRAPER'S ASSISTANT s (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ASHBURTON, Saturday. The winner of the "Better Times" art union, first prize of £2000, drawn today in Wellington, is Mr. John Strachan, a married man, aged 30. Mr. Straclian is a draper's assistant.
