An indication of the return of the horse to its old-time place in farm economy is i-hown by the fact that the best sale for many years took place at a clearing sale yesterday. A four-horse team realised .€207.
Other prices were as follow: —Horses aged eeven years, £57; six years, £53; five years, £52; six years, £45; eight years, £39; seven years, £.32.
