TEA "BOOMLET."
SHARES RISE IN INDIA (Received 1 p.m.) CALCUTTA, September 28. The success of the recent tea restriction scheme has caused a substantial rise in shares, both in London and India, resembling a miniature boom. Indian tea has been in the "dumps" for a number of years. The recovery affords much relief.
