America, Britain and France Discuss Disarmament.

RUGBY, September 22.

Further conversations on a draft disarmament convention now before the Disarmament Conference took place in Paris to-day. M. Daladier and M. PaulBoncour attended a luncheon party at the British Embassy, where those present included Lord Tyrell, British Ambassador, Sir John Simon, Mr. Stanley Baldwin and Captain Anthony Eden.

After these conversations concluded a conference, which lasted two hours, took place at the Quai d'Orsay. Those present were lord Tyrell, Sir John Simon, and Captain Eden, for Britain; M. l'aulBoncour, M. Leger and M. Massigli, France; ]Vlr. Gorman Davis, Mi. Dalles and Mr. Hugh Gibson, the .American Ambassador in Paris.

A communique issued later says: 'The purpose of the exchanges of views was to reach an understanding which would facilitate the debates at the Disaimament Conference when it resumes in Geneva next month, and substantial progress has been made in this diiection."
