REAPPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS (By Telef«*aph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Speculation is being indulged in :is to whether the Government will reappoint two members, of the Railways Hoard, Mr. E. Newman and Mr. G. W. Reid, whose terms of two years expired in June. Mr. H. H. Sterling, the chairman, was appointed for four years, arid Sir James Gunson and Mr. D. Reese for three years.

Speaking, as Minister of Railways, Mr.'Forbes said this evening that he had not had time .since his return from Uritain to consider the question.
