MILK VENDORS' DISPUTE.

Decision "was reserved by Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., in.the Magistrate's Court yesterday in the case in which J. G. Freeland, milk vendor, of Frankton, claimed £125 damages, from L. J. RGuinell and E. J. Guinell for alleged breach of agreement. Plaintiff contended that, contrary to agreement, defendants canvassed cue-; tomers after they had sold Him "their round. ■ . : " _ ■ , Ttieidefenee was ;a plea or justification on the grounds that plaintiff failed to fulfil certain conditions.
