BLIND JUSTICE.
DEATH SENTENCES ON "REDS," (Received 1 p.m.) DUSSELDORF, September 7. Nine Communists were sentenced to death in connection with the shooting of one Nazi and the wounding of another in a street battle in Dusseldorf in June, 1932, although there was no evidence of who fired the fatal shot. Two others were acquitted and another was sentenced to 15 years' hard labour.
