SAAR PLEBISCITE.

DIRECTING NAZI ACTIVITY. (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, September C. Herr Burckel, who from beyond the frontier directs Nazi activities in the Saar, has circularised the Nazi officials there, declaring that the watchword must be perfect discipline and blind obedience. Nazis are urged not to discuss the 1035 plebiscite in connection with the future government of the Saar. As a result they might be gravely compromised by giving their adversaries a pretext for undesirable measures.
