AUSTRIAN FORCES. 'Planes, Machine-Guns and Howitzer Units. CONSTANT GUARD KEPT. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) VIENNA, September 6. Austrian airmen in eight aeroplanes have gone to Innsbruck for special frontier duty. A macliine-gun unit and mountain howitzer batteries have beeu sent to the Tyrol to relieve the infantry at Innsbruck and Bregenz, where the garrisons have been strengthened by a Viennese regiment. It is officially stated that the intention is not to leave the frontier unguarded for a moment.
