CHARITY DANCE.
ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY. The president and committee of the St. Vincent de Paul Society held a charity dance at the Peter Pan last evening. The cabaret was filled with members and guests, and a substantial result is assured. Flowers were arranged on the cubicle tables, and high palma decorated the hall. Appropriate music was rendered by the orchestra, which gave two special numbers, "The Wearin' o' the Green" and "Smiling Irish Eyes." Demonstrations of modern dancing were given by Miss Margaret O'Connor and Mr. Priestley, Miss Natalie Stratton and Mr. Matthew Stratton. The supper tables were decorated with golden .marigolds and poppies.
