GLEN EDEN WORKERS.

Under the auspices of the Glen Eden workers' movement a lecture on Douglas Social Credit was given by Mr. A. C. A. Sexton in the Glen Eden Public Hall last evening. Mr. G. Naden presided. Speaking on the subject in its relation to unemployment, Mr. Sexton maintained that though there was greater production than ever, the purchasing power of the worker was altogether inadequate. Purchasing power put in the hands of the people by means of the Douglas Social Credit would quickly solve the problem of unemployment. A number of questions were asked, and a cordial vote of thanks was accorded the speaker.
