i ' TE KUITI MAN SENTENCED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) . ; HAMILTON, this" day. ' Pleading guilty, Francis Mitchell, aged 33, of Te Kuiti, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment by Justices of the Peace in the Police Court to-day, for the theft of a military overcoat. Senior Sergeant Power said accused removed the coat from a- car, which was parked in Victoria Street, on the night-of August 30. . He.had no permwir ent employment., Accused, who had eleven previous convictions, said he could get no work till the shearing season started.
