NEW ZEALAND DRUG. DIVIDEND RATE UNCHANGED. The directors of Kempthorne, Prosser and Company's New Zealand Drug Company, Limited, hdve declared an interim dividend of 3% per cent for the half-year ended July 31. The dividend is at the same rate as that paid for the corresponding half-year of 1032. MOUNT TOKATEA MINERALS. The second annual meeting of the Mount Tokatea Mineral Fertiliser _ Company, Limited, was held at Wellington last week. The chairman, Mr. J. C. Jtiddell, outlined the work undertaken since the transfer of control from Auckland to Wellington, and the policy the directors were pursuing thoroughly to test and prove the Tokatea reef on the company's claims at Coromandel in readiness for inspection by experts from overseas. He said that during the past three weeks several shareholders had applied for additional contributing shares. More capital was still required to i>lace the company in a sound financial position. The following directors were elected:— Messrs. H. E. Dowdy, G. E. Haggitt, E. E. Hammond and Dr. T. Noel Usher. ELECTROLYTIC ZINC. PREFERENCE DIVIDEND. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australasia, Limited, Melbourne, to-day advised the Stock Exchange Association that a dividend had been declared on preference shares at the rate of 8 per cent per annum for the year _ ended December : 31, 1932. Payment will be made on November 2. * , 1 In April of this year the company paid a dividend on preference shares at the . rate of 8 per cent per annum for the halfyear ended December 31, 1931. This loft the preference dividend still in arrears j for 1932. No dividend has been paid on ordinary shares since 1930.
