CARGO SERVICE.
AUSTRALIA AND DOMINION. NORWEGIAN STEAMER BOUGHT. (By Telegrapbgr'Press Association.) WEBLINGTON, Tuesday. The Sydney shipping firm of H. C. Sleigh, Limited, has purchased the Norwegian steamer Nord for the purpose of engaging in trade between Australia and New Zealand. The Nord, a veesel of 2042 tone, is at present en route from Europe to Melbourne with a cargo of Baltic timber, and on the completion of discharge m Australia she will be transferred to the intercolonial cargo service. The Nord, which will be renamed the Abel Tasman, wae formerly known as the Mont Blanc, and was built at Ambacht, Holland.
